Landholder Field Day – Spyglass Station
Pasture ID, Legumes and Forage Budgeting
Hear from a range of grazing and pasture specialists on:
- Identification of northern pasture species from DAF grazing scientist Peter O’Reagain.
- Understanding the value of different pasture species.
- Introduction to forage budgeting and ways to assess the quantity of pasture available for grazing.
Landholders can also bring an unidentified plant for ID in a clear, sealed plastic bag.
Morning tea provided.
