The Department of Agriculture and Fisheries is offering training sessions on the NLIS database. These interactive workshops aim to provide foundational knowledge on effectively using your NLIS account to meet market requirements and comply with legislation.
Do you need to reconcile your PIC? Are you preparing for your LPA audit? Have your cattle lost lifetime traceability? If you answered yes to any of these questions, these workshops may benefit you.
Key topics that will be covered during the workshops include:
- Property-to-property transfers
- Notifying database of deceased animals
- PIC reconciliation
Local Stock Inspectors and Extension Officers will be available to assist you in navigating the database.
