The Climate Mates from the Northern Australia Climate Program and Meat & Livestock Australia invite you to Rain Gauge: Forecasting a profitable future
This workshop is an ideal opportunity for staff development.
Designed for producers, by producers, this workshop (Modules 1 & 2) will discuss:
- understanding climate and forecasting fundamentals
- practical ways to incorporate seasonal forecasts in herd and pasture management
- strategies for dealing with poor seasons
- future trends, opportunities and challenges.
Modules 3 and 4 will be delivered in early 2024 at a time suitable for particpants.
