Join presenters Paul Webb, Climate Mate from USQ, Tony Koch, Queensland Rural & Industry Development Authority and Lachlan Marshall, Southern Queensland NRM to better understand and plan for climatic changes and extremes, with a focus on drought resilience.

Two free climate management training sessions will be held at the Overlander Motel Conference Room in Roma on Wednesday 3rd April 2019.

Session times:

Session 1: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Session 2: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm

  • Current climate – drivers, status and outlook.
  • Pasture growth – what have you got now and what can you expect.
  • The bottom line – drought, debt and being finance ready.
  • Long Paddock FORAGE – hands on session to access reports for pasture growth and what can be expected for your property.
