Starting the conversation around a successful succession solution which actually works, is a major problem for rural business owners countrywide. This seminar will discuss and provide you with solutions for:
- Communication strategies – Gain real, actionable communication tips you can use to start the conversation, resolve conflict, and create stronger, positive family dynamics.
- Legal knowledge – Gain insights about important topics, such as: proper due diligence, wills, trustee succession, family trust deeds, superannuation nominations and structuring assets to ensure the best possible future outcomes.
- Financial planning strategies – Discover financial strategies to protect your wealth and create wealth silos.
Presented by Mark Westcott and Peter McVeigh, with a combined 70+ years of experience in Estate Planning, you will walk away from this seminar with effective strategies to take home and get your plan started.
