Growing the family business is a free seminar that has been designed by the Client Council and supported by Rabobank to help the next generation and current generations grow the family business. This interactive session will involve a hands on approach to learning new skills and techniques.
Topics include:
- An introduction to financial statements including profit and loss, balance sheets, cash flows and three way forecasts with Rob Del Busso (CPA)
- Banking requirements, such as how banks assess loans and what needs to be provided to a bank to apply for a loan with Barry Gerschwitz and Jess Vardy (Rabobank)
- Leadership and innovation with Dan Richards (Humpty Doo Barramundi)
- Getting started on a new venture with Nick Dyer (Helimuster)
Growing the family business will run from 9:30am – 4pm followed by a networking function at 6pm on 30 May 2019.
