Join the Royal Flying Doctor Service as they present the Mental Health First Aid workshop.
The Royal Flying Doctor Service has been committed to improving the wellbeing of the people of regional and remote Queensland for over 90 years.
Mental health concerns are common, serious and treatable.
Mental Health First Aid training can improve systems of care and pathways to early intervention in rural communities by using local networks to provide mental health support.
Look after your mates, it could save a life!
- Get the information and skills to assist family, friends and workmates facing mental health challenges
- People in rural and remote areas are less likely to seek help.
- Tragically people in the bush are likely to be impacted by suicide than people in the city.
